Pendragon Productions has been invited by Virgin and Olly Hicks to spearhead the planning, direct and produce 'Virgin Global Row'. Olly Hicks aims to depart from New Zealand in October/November 2008 - he will attempt to complete the world's first ever circumnavigation of Antarctica. Pendragon Productions is producing and handling all the media with regard to the Virgin Global Row expedition, while providing total technical support, and co-ordinating worldwide logistics. Pendragon will eventually be producing a feature film on the conclusion of Olly's epic 15 month battle against the elements. Within a framework of highly sophisticated engineering, the Virgin Global Row boat is also equipped with the latest in HDV video technology, including a bullet camera system, allowing strategic underwater filming and considerable flexibility onboard.
